Senior Business Analyst
FinTeX is recruiting a senior business analyst to enhance its capacity to address a growing demand in the area of Business Analysis and Project Management.
Key responsibilities
- Write functional specifications documents.
- Assist programmers in understanding and developing the appropriate functionalities
- Participate in design review to ensure the integration of all requirements
Required Skills
- Strong Financial Services industry experience
- Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, writing skills
- Knowledge of development methodologies such as waterfall and Agile
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Self-directed, self-motivated, independent worker
Nice to have
- Competences in financial software such as Kondor+, FrontArena, Fenics, Murex
- Specific competences in core banking systems or PMS
Experience: 5+ years
